What helps children feel good, believe in themselves and cope with everyday challenges?

The topic of children’s mental well-being resonates today more than ever. And it is at younger school age that many key skills are formed – from self-confidence to relationships to the approach to learning.

In a discussion with an experienced psychologist, we will look at what wellbeing actually is, how to recognize it in children and how to develop it in everyday life. We will focus on strengthening factors, but also warning signs that the child is going through a period of inner discomfort.

What awaits you

  • Practical tips on how to help children strengthen their inner well-being every day
  • What is really important for children’s well-being – and what does it look like in practice
  • space for sharing, questions and specific situations from family life

Why come

  • You will better understand how children perceive the world and what helps them grow
  • You will take away inspiration on how to take care of mental well-being without pressure
  • You will find support and reassurance in what you are already doing well at home
