Our preparatory class (Grade 0) is a warm, thoughtful introduction to school life. It helps children bridge the gap between kindergarten and elementary school, supporting them as they build early academic skills, make new friends, and gain the emotional security and confidence they need to thrive in Grade 1.
The preparatory class connects the curiosity of kindergarten with the structure of school. The day follows a familiar rhythm: morning circles, learning centers, outdoor time, and creative exploration. Through project-based and hands-on activities, they gradually develop school readiness - academically, socially, and emotionally.
From day one, children are immersed in both Czech and English throughout the day. With the support of both Czech and international teachers, they begin to understand and use both languages naturally and confidently.
